Privacy Policy
Last updated June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Arc Corporation ("Revenue Arc," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites (including revenuearc.com and planner.revenuearc.com), use the ArcPlanner web application or the ArcPlanner iOS app, contact us, or use our services (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details — your name, email, company, and the contents of any message when you complete our contact form or email us.
- Account information — when you create an ArcPlanner account or sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers from Google. We never receive or store your Google password.
- Customer content— information you enter or upload while using ArcPlanner, such as media plans, client and campaign details, budgets, RFP documents, and agency branding assets. This content is processed to provide the product's features and remains yours.
- Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us; we receive limited information such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
- Engagement information — details you share in the course of a project, subscription, or media engagement.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs on our websites, and — in the ArcPlanner apps — device type, operating system version, app version, and feature usage, collected through standard logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data from the apps, used to keep the Services reliable.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request;
- To operate the ArcPlanner web and iOS apps — including generating plans, projections, decks, and proposals from the content you provide;
- To process subscriptions and manage your account;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our websites and products;
- To send service-related communications;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI-assisted features
Some ArcPlanner features (such as deck generation, proposal drafting, and RFP auto-fill) use artificial intelligence. Content you submit to these features is processed by our infrastructure and service providers solely to generate your requested output and operate the Services.
4. Advertising & audience data
Revenue Arc Marketing operates media campaigns and proprietary audience datasets on behalf of clients. This activity uses aggregated, modeled, or de-identified data and is conducted in accordance with applicable advertising and privacy laws and platform requirements. It is separate from the personal information you provide to us directly through the Services, and the ArcPlanner apps do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed:
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, and payment processing such as Stripe), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
We use essential cookies to operate the Services (including keeping you signed in to ArcPlanner) and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it. Customer content in ArcPlanner is retained while your account is active.
8. Account & data deletion
You can delete your ArcPlanner account and associated customer content from your account settings in the app, or by emailing contact@revenuearc.com from the address on your account. We will complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep (such as billing records).
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise these rights, email contact@revenuearc.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption of credentials and isolated customer environments in ArcPlanner. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our websites and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. International users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
